- Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Richardson, Texas.
